Tom Grindle - Office Manager & Paraplanner

Tom has worked within the financial industry since 2012, starting off as an apprentice before working his way up to his current role as Office Manager and Paraplanner.

Tom is currently working towards his Diploma in Financial Services, and hopes to complete this within the next year or two.

Tom likes the variety of the job and the difference each day brings, as well as managing the team. Out of work, Tom enjoys watching sport, and spending time with his wife and young daughter, Freya, as well as his two sausage dogs.

Before working in Financial Services, Tom lived for 6 months in Mexico learning about different language and cultures, which he still enjoys doing today.
